up to A$2.5 million in funding

The Federal Government launched their Quad Clean Energy Supply Chain Diversification Program - Round 1 a few days ago. Grants open on 6 Dec 2024 and close 10 Feb 2025.

The program provides up to A$2.5 million in funding for Australian and Indo-Pacific joint applications to conduct research and development projects and feasibility studies to develop and diversify clean energy supply chains in the Indo-Pacific region.

What do you get? A grant between A$100,000 to A$2,500,000, to cover up to 95% of eligible expenditure. Proponents can use this grant funding to complete an R&D project or feasibility study that focuses on one or more of the following stages of solar PV, hydrogen electrolyser and/or battery supply chains:

  • raw material processing
  • manufacturing of components
  • assembly
  • recycling

Who is this for? Australian organisations who join with an eligible Indo-Pacific organisation/s to complete research and development projects and feasibility studies.
